Every UPEARL piece carries our commitment to quality. With the UPEARL original warranty card, you can enjoy the following warranty services:

Permanent free cleaning
For every pearl necklace purchased, a "one-time free re-stringing and replacement of the pearl thread" service is provided.
If the product requires repair such as resizing, re-plating, or diamond replacement, please make an appointment at the store and bring the product back for assessment by our professional staff. We will charge a fee based on the complexity of the repair.
To ensure the integrity of the jewelry's structure and luster, all repairs are recommended to be handled by UPEARL's original manufacturer. If damage occurs due to modifications by a third party not affiliated with our original manufacturer, it will not be covered by the warranty.
Once goods are sold, returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

Daily Care

Both pearls and precious metals are alive, and careful care can keep their luster as new:

Please remove jewelry when bathing, exercising, soaking in hot springs, sleeping, or coming into contact with seawater, to avoid acidic sweat, dirt, etc., from damaging the jewelry's surface and luster, leading to metal oxidation, shedding, deformation, and other changes.
Hair spray, perfume, and other cosmetics can also damage the pearl's surface. Please be sure to wear the jewelry after completing your makeup.
Avoid forcefully pulling, swinging, pressing, or rubbing with sharp objects. Although metals and pearl threads have some elasticity, repeated bending can cause fatigue or even breakage.
After wearing, please use the UPEARL-provided jewelry cleaning cloth to wipe away sweat and stains.

Storage Method

Although pearls are more resilient and less fragile than other gemstones, their varying surface hardness makes them susceptible to wear and scratches. When storing pearls, avoid contact with other jewelry and place them individually in a jewelry box to preserve their original luster. Please note! The online rumor about identifying genuine pearls by "rubbing pearls together or biting them with teeth" is "incorrect information" and will cause irreversible damage to the pearls.
