For services such as refurbishment, resizing, replating, or stone replacement, please schedule an appointment at our boutique and bring your product in. Our specialists will assess the piece, and a fee will be charged based on the complexity of the repair.
To ensure the integrity of the jewelry's structure and luster, we strongly recommend that all repairs be handled by UPEARL. Damage resulting from modifications made by unauthorized third parties is not covered under our warranty.
All sales are final; returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Daily Care

Pearls and precious metals are organic and delicate; careful maintenance will keep them radiant for years to come:

Please remove your jewelry when bathing, exercising, using hot springs, sleeping, or swimming in the ocean. This prevents acidic sweat, dirt, and chemicals from damaging the surface and luster of the pearls, or causing metal oxidation, shedding, or deformation.
Cosmetics such as hairspray and perfume can damage the surface of pearls. Always put on your jewelry after your beauty routine is complete.
Avoid pulling, snapping, crushing, or friction against sharp objects. While metal and silk threads have some flexibility, repeated bending can cause fatigue or breakage.
After wearing, please use the jewelry cleaning cloth provided by UPEARL to wipe away any sweat or stains.

Storage

While pearls are more resilient than some other gemstones, their surface hardness makes them prone to scratching. When storing, keep them away from other jewelry and inside a jewelry box to preserve their natural luster. Please note: Online myths suggesting methods to verify pearls (such as rubbing them together or biting them with your teeth) are "false information" and will cause irreversible damage to your pearls.
